Quickstart
Go from your repository to your first published video in about 15 minutes. The studio checks each step automatically, and you can come back to any of them.
-
Sign in to the studio with GitHub or Google.
-
Add your product. Give it a name and pick its languages, then choose its GitHub repository. Install the Ondaclip GitHub App on it when the studio asks. If the repository doesn’t have a
.ondaclip/folder yet, Ondaclip opens a pull request with a starter folder. Merge it. In a monorepo, list each product in.ondaclip/config.yaml(several products). -
Choose where it runs. Ondaclip Cloud is hosted by Ondaclip, with nothing to set up. Your infrastructure (Google Cloud for now) takes one command from a project admin, and nothing leaves your project. Compare them.
-
Point Ondaclip at the app to film (its URL, DEV by default) and save its demo accounts. They’re stored encrypted and never shown again, not even to you. Ready to film turns green when everything is in place.
-
Ask for your first tutorial. In the studio, click Ask for a video and describe, in your own words, what your users need to learn. Or ask your AI agent in your editor, through the Ondaclip MCP server. Ondaclip writes the tutorial and opens a pull request. Review it and merge it.
-
Film, review, publish. Ondaclip films your real app, narrates it in your languages and edits the video. Watch each clip in Review, approve it, then publish. Your product shows the video in its learning space.
