What data Ondaclip stores about you, and why.

Who we are

Ondaclip is a product of Oloodi, Montréal (Québec) H3B 0G4, Canada. For any question about your data: hello@ondaclip.com.

What we store

• Your account: your email address, plus the name and photo provided by the sign-in method you choose (Google, GitHub or an email link). Your GitHub username, if you connect it.
• Your workspace: its name, its members and their roles, invitations (valid for 7 days), and your access request (company, application, role, team, needs).
• What you do in the studio: an activity log (a video approved, a setting changed, a person invited), your preferences (language, theme, technical mode), and which notifications you have read.
• Your questions to the Ondaclip assistant: your conversations, kept for 90 days.
• Your plan usage: runs and their duration, month by month.

What we do not store

• Your demo account passwords are not stored in our database. They are encrypted, used only to sign in during your shoots, and never shown, not even to you.
• Your screens and videos stay in your infrastructure or, on Ondaclip Cloud, in private storage that belongs to your workspace.
• We never sell data, and we never show ads.

Why

To sign you in, run the studio for your workspace, send the emails you expect (an invitation, a reply to a request, a notification), answer support questions, keep the service secure, and apply your plan limits.

Who else can see it

Members of your workspace, based on their role. The service providers that help us run Ondaclip (hosting, sign-in, email delivery), only to provide that service. A public authority, only when required by law.

Cookies and browser storage

The studio sets one session cookie, and the sign-in service stores your session in your browser. Your preferences may also be stored in your browser. We use no advertising cookies. This website sets no cookies.

How long we keep it

Your account and workspace data are kept as long as the workspace is active. A deleted workspace is permanently erased 30 days after deletion. Assistant conversations are deleted after 90 days, and invitations after 7 days.

Where it is stored

Our database is located in Montréal, Canada. Some services, such as the Ondaclip assistant's AI models, may process a request in another country.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion, and you can delete your account. Email hello@ondaclip.com. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

When this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
